Refund Policy

At Place on Internet, we sell digital products intended to help individuals grow online, gain skills, and generate income. Due to the nature of these products, we have a strict but fair refund policy.

1. Digital Product Sales Are Final

All sales of digital products (eBooks, video courses, scripts, resumes, CVs, etc.) are non-refundable. Once a digital product is delivered or downloaded, we cannot offer a refund. This is standard practice to prevent abuse and unauthorized distribution.

2. Exceptions — When a Refund May Be Issued

We may issue a refund in the following rare cases:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, please contact us within 7 days. We will verify and process a refund for the duplicate payment.

  • Product Not Received: If you do not receive your product within 24 hours of payment and you’ve checked your spam/promotions folder, please contact us. If we fail to deliver it manually, a full refund may be issued.

  • Corrupt or Unusable File: If the downloaded file is damaged or not functioning as described, and we’re unable to provide a working version within 3 business days, we may process a refund.

3. No Refunds for the Following

  • You changed your mind after purchase

  • You misunderstood the product description

  • You expected a different result or content

  • You did not apply the strategies taught

  • You lack the tools/software required to open or use the product

We provide detailed product descriptions to help you make an informed decision before purchasing.

4. How to Request a Refund (if eligible)

To request a refund under the eligible scenarios above, please email us with the following:

  • Your full name

  • Order ID / Payment receipt

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Screenshots or proof (if applicable)

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage customers to reach out to us directly before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in being banned from future purchases and legal action if necessary.
